Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified. Bookings are available via the registration form.

Making a reservation

Bookings should be made via the online registration form by Friday, 6 September 2024. After this date, no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

Credit card details are required in the online registration form to secure the booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms and conditions and cancellation policies.

Changing your reservation

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
